Bubble-ology-We started our Bubble-ology inquires yesterday and the students are discovering so much about bubbles! Ask your child which inquires they have completed so far and which was their favorite. We will continue Bubble-ology until next Wednesday, January 27th.
Below is the schedule for each class:
Science/SS-10:00-11:00 am-All homebases
12:00-12:45 pm-Cody, Kramer and Sowle
12:45-1:30pm -Bunch, Hernandez and Moreno
100th Day of School-The 100th day of school is approaching quickly. Barring any snow days, it will be on Tuesday, February 2nd. We will doing activities related to the number 100. We do need some parent volunteers to help with the 100 day snacks.
100 Day Project-Included in your child’s homework folder are the directions for their 100 Day project. These are due on Thursday, January 28th. Please take them to your homebase.
Babysitting Services-The 5th grade will be having another “Parent’s Night Out” for Valentine’s Day on Friday, February 12th. See attached flyer for more information.
If you have questions or concerns about your child’s progress, please talk to your child’s teacher so that we can address these issues. We are available by email (addresses at the bottom of newsletter), school phone (918-925-1500) or you can make an appointment with us. We care about your child and want them to have the best experience when they are at school. Thank you for being such supportive parents!
Dismissal Procedures-Please review dismissal procedures. To help with traffic flow, we ask that you enter through the south cafeteria door and exit through the north double doors. Thank you for following Mayo procedures!
Remember to return your home ‘n backs to the tubs in the cafeteria or the front lobby. The home and back committee needs them!
Celebrations-The Funky Monkeys are on stage this Friday!
