Mayo Mingle PTA Forms 8-18-2016

Happy Monday.  The Mayo Mingle is Thursday evening.  New Einstein parents can arrive at 5:30PM.  Registration for all other families begins at 6:30PM. 

There are two forms attached, both of which are related to the PTA.  We are sending these in advance so that you might be able to get them completed before arriving if you choose.

We will be sending another email soon that will have forms from the school itself.  Please complete those in advance and bring them as well.
