Einstein News
· Library books are due tomorrow. Please have your Einstein return their library books to their homebase teacher.
· Lunch forms are due tomorrow. If your child needs a lunch from Mayo for our Fair Field Study, please make sure your paper has been turned in to your homebase teacher.
· Measures of Academic Progress (MAP) – In the next 2 weeks, second year Einsteins will complete MAP testing sessions to assess Reading and Mathematics skills. When taking the MAP test, the difficulty of each question is based on how well a student answers all the previous questions. As the student answers correctly, questions become more difficult. If the student answers incorrectly, the questions become easier. Students will repeat the tests two more times during the year to continually assess student progress. We will share these scores with you once they are made available.
· Tulsa State Fair Field Study – Our fair field study is quickly approaching! If you plan to join us, please let your homebase teacher know. If you will be joining us, please turn in your $6 to your homebase teacher before September 23. If you do not give money by that date, you will have to pay $10 at the gate for your admission.
If you have any questions or concerns, please email your child’s homebase teacher.
