Dear Edison families,
HAPPY NEW YEAR!! We hope you had a wonderful break. It’s hard to believe half of the school year is already over!
As you may have heard, we made some changes to Homebases upon returning from break. We know sometimes change is hard, but every Edison student will still be seeing every Edison teacher throughout the week. We are looking forward to watching new friendships bloom and getting to know students even better.
The Edisons will be taking their next round of MAP Reading and Math tests this month. Next Friday, January 13th, they will take the reading portion and the math portion will be taken Wednesday, January 18th.
Second quarter Reports of Student Progress will be coming home next week.
Please watch for an information sheet regarding the Mayo Foundation’s annual Trivia Night. This is a super fun event for adults only. The date for the event is Saturday, January 28th. The Mayo Foundation is instrumental in providing Mayo teachers with opportunities that would not otherwise be available and large capital purchases for the school.
