Thank you to all of the parents and guests who came to Student-Led conferences on Monday and Tuesday. Your children were so proud to “show what they know” to their biggest fans! If you were unable to make either night, please contact your child’s homebaseteacher to schedule a convenient time to celebrate their learning.
The Mayo Jog-A-Thon was a huge success! Our Mayo students ran 1,120 miles total! That’s amazing! Please return those pledge envelopes ASAP so we can tally our donations.
Book Character Day: Book Character Day is Thursday, October 29. This will be a half day event. Your child may dress as their favorite book character, but keep it a secret! We will send home a clue sheet in next week’s homework folder. On the big day, your child will give “hints” to their classmates as to what or who they are. Be sure to bring the book, also.
Please send a change of clothes (uniform) for your child to change into before lunch. If you have any questions, please ask any Goodall teacher.
Fall Break is October 15-October 19. We resume classes again on Tuesday, October 20. Have a safe and exciting vacation!
